PROLOCK is a specially developed hydraulic connection consisting of a double-walled hardened steel jacket, sealing ring, piston, pressure flange, and fixing screws. This hydraulic connection system stands out for its excellent performance and durability. When the screws are tightened, PROLOCK expands evenly towards the hub and shaft, forming a very strong connection. The installation and removal processes are quite simple: The screws are tightened sequentially, about a half-turn each, until the required tightening torque is achieved. When the screws are loosened in the same sequential order by a half-turn, the sleeve returns to its original size, allowing the coupling to be easily removed.
